1. Course Bookings
Course enquiries can be made by email, post, telephone or via our website, although to book onto a course, subject to availability, you must complete your booking online.
2. Payment by individuals
The full amount to be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit/debit card. If payment issues arise, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
3. Transferring the course date or changing course attendee
If you need to transfer your course date, please be aware of the following charges and conditions:
Transferring a course booking
An administration fee of £10 will be charged. All transfers must be arranged with FA Training Services 72 hours in advance of the start time of the course booked onto.
Less than 72 hours before the course start date
Transfers are not permitted. Transfer will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your course and are unable to move your booking to a different date at the time of cancellation, you will be issued a full refund, less the mandatory Stripe fees incurred by FA Training Services for your transaction when given a minimum 7 days notice prior to course start date.
5. Failure to attend or complete a course
If you do not attend a course or fail to complete the course in full, the full course fee is non-refundable.
6. Certification
Certificates are provided for successful completion of training/assessment as appropriate. Replacement certificates are available upon request at a cost of £10 per certificate.
